Why am I getting different wallpaper calculations from different calculators?

Free online wallpaper calculators are often inaccurate and don’t account for specific sheet sizes, pattern repeats, or trimming allowances. We recommend using our dedicated wallpaper calculator, which is tailored to our wallpaper dimensions for the most precise measurements.

Can I customize the size/color of the artwork?

Yes, we offer custom sizing for most of our artworks. If you have specific dimensions or colors in mind, please reach out to us with your requirements, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Production Time: Given the bespoke nature of our handcrafted products, production times vary between 2 to 5 business days (sometimes a bit longer for larger or bulk orders).For commercial vinyl wallpaper, please allow up to an additional 3 business days for processing.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

We understand the frustration of tied-up funds in a refund process, so we swiftly initiate refunds through our payment providers. Once requested on your behalf, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Do all your wallpapers (pre-pasted, traditional, peel & stick, and commercial vinyl) have the same look, feel, color, brightness, and print?

Each wallpaper material has its own unique texture, finish, and how it absorbs ink—so variations in color, brightness, and sheen are normal. If you're deciding between materials, we recommend ordering samples of each type to compare how they appear in your specific lighting and environment.

If you order a sample in one wallpaper type, then place a large order in another type expecting a visual match, this will not be eligible for a refund.

Can I glue wallpaper directly onto un-primed un-painted drywall?

It’s not advisable to apply wallpaper directly to unprimed drywall, as its porous surface can absorb the adhesive. Can I apply wallpaper to a textured wall?
