By using our services, you consent to the storage and processing of your data in the United States or Germany. We take all necessary steps to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
For users located in the European Union, please note that when data is stored or processed outside of the European Economic Area (EEA), it may be subject to different data protection standards. Mida commits to implementing appropriate safeguards to protect your data, including entering into Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, where required.

For account information, we maintain the data for as long as the account remains active or as required for legal compliance. Experiment data is retained for up to 24 months after the conclusion of the test, unless otherwise requested by the client.
